Dr. Alexander Suarez-Jew is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in peripheral nerve and cerebrovascular neurosurgery, dedicated to providing outstanding care for his patients. He earned his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania with a Certificate in Healthcare Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Duke University, where he developed a passion for restoring lost neurologic function and received numerous awards for his clinical excellence, research, teaching, and leadership. He then gained subspecialty expertise by completing a CAST-accredited neuroendovascular fellowship at Duke University and pursuing dedicated training in complex peripheral nerve surgery at the University of California, San Francisco.

Dr. Suarez-Jew’s neurosurgical practice centers on delivering cutting-edge, evidence-based care through advanced surgical techniques, including complex peripheral nerve reconstruction, nerve transfers, and cerebrovascular procedures.
